How do I choose which PDF comes first?
The merged document follows the order shown in the file list. Drag a row to move it, or use its up and down controls for precise placement.
How many PDFs can I combine at once?
You can select up to 10 PDFs in one batch, with a maximum size of 25 MB per file.
Are my documents uploaded to a server?
No. The selected PDFs are read and combined locally in your browser with a Web Worker; their contents are not sent to File ICU.
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
This tool cannot open encrypted PDFs. Remove the password protection with a trusted app first, then select the unlocked copy.
Will merging change or delete my original files?
No. Your source PDFs stay as they are. The tool creates a separate combined file for you to download.
Are the original page dimensions kept?
Yes. Pages are copied in their existing size and orientation, and appear in the order you set before merging.
